吴施美， 中共党员，岳麓学者晨星A岗副教授。研究领域主要包括：微观层面，能源需求管理、能源转型分析和不平等问题；宏观层面，侧重于气候变化、能源消费与经济活动的关系研究。近年来在《中国社会科学》、Nature Energy、Field Methods等国内外知名期刊发表论文数篇。
